Her story
It started with someone else's diagnosis.
In 2018, someone Jolee loved was fighting an illness that conventional medicine struggled to fully explain. Watching that search for answers go nowhere sent her looking somewhere doctors rarely spend much time: the plate. What she found there changed how her whole family eats.
She dug into the research on chronic illness, found grounding in Anthony William's Liver Rescue, and began rebuilding her family's meals around raw, low-fat, whole foods — without losing the flavor that makes food worth eating in the first place.
She calls herself a foodie first. That's what made the hard part — convincing a husband and kids that healing food could also be food they'd ask for again — the part she loved most.
